Event SpaceFacility Rental Information The Balboa Island Museum is the ideal location for staff meetings or events & gatherings with a built-in projector and screen. Up to 40 seated or 60 Cocktail style. Monday – Thursday $1,000 and Friday – Sunday $1500. Rental fees are based on a 5-hour time frame. This fee include: 1 hour for set up, 3 hours for event and 1 hour for break down. Additional event time will be billed at $500 per hour. Membership to the Balboa Island Museum is required. Refundable damage deposit of $500 to be held with a valid credit card. Facility fees include (1) staff and custodial fees.
